A Hero's Qualifications (英雄(ヒーロー)の条件, Hiiro no Jyouken^?) is the ninth episode of the third season of the Kaitou Joker anime. It is the thirty-fifth episode of the overall series. It was first broadcasted on May 30, 2016.

Summary

Today's target is the Gold Coin of El Dorado in New York City, but the mysterious Devil Fang continues to hunt down the Phantom Thieves. Spider Ace deploys himself by arriving at the scenes, but ends up getting the situation confused as a bank robbery. As the situation gets worse with Spider Ace holding the hostages captive (including Joker and Hachi disguised), it will take a hero wannabe to save the day.
